Mechatronics and Multi Sensory Systems

2/23/2012

The proposed one‐day workshop complemented two core courses in Mechanical Engineering, ME 222A and ME 222B, which taught in the Fall and Winter terms, respectively.

Invited renowned figures in the field of mechatronics and multi‐sensory systems to present their latest findings along with local professors in front of our students and interact with them will highlight the practical aspects of this important branch in engineering and complement the theoretical background they are building in class. This opportunity boosted the interest of KAUST`s students in this field and opened several potential research avenues which will help them in their graduate and postgraduate careers.
